I'm a service provider. I want to sign up - but how much
will it cost me?

I don't have a computer but I do have a mobile phone. Can
I still sign my business up?
Definitely. One of the key features of
Book Me Online is that you have absolutely no need to own
or have access to a computer to make the most of our system.

details for you. This process takes a few short minutes.
The beauty of Book Me Online is something called
'Text Notify'. What
this means is we make use of your mobile to text information
about bookings through to you, and similarly you contact
us by text in return.
This is how it works:
- a client makes a booking
- we email and text you, the customer, with details of this
booking
- if you need to rearrange or cancel this booking at any
time, text us to let us know and we will inform the customer.
In addition, you will need to keep us notified of any new
bookings made by yourself, so we can update the system and
ensure your online diary is 100% accurate and kept up to
date.
There is a 12p charge per text confirmation
sent - this just covers our costs.
Here's the science bit…
Book Me Online is driven by a complex
database that stores all user and company details. It holds
all your bookings, services and prices so user can see availability
for any day and time. Simply click on the service, date
and time, enter any notes and the booking is made. This
can all be achieved in less than 10 clicks of the mouse.
All this is in real time. A text message is sent to the
company booked and an email is sent to both client and company
to confirm the booking.
